Dear Lucy Aharish. I want to thank you. Your uncompromising choice of speaking the truth gives me and many more women in the Israeli and Arab society the reminder that it is possible; it might cost our job, some people will try to shame us and delegitimize us, but we can still continue. Instead of hiding, you found your own platform, continuing to serve your purpose. By giving yourself permission to share your voice, you allow many more to share their voices as well. Every time I see your face in the media, or hear your name, it reminds me of freedom, women's rights and leadership- and it kicks me in the ass to go out of my comfort zone and choose SERVICE as a first priority.
